How long does it take to upgrade?

Hi,
Friday I started updating nextcloud to version 14. Today has not finished yet. Approximately 500 GB of files are stored in the cloud. Is it normal it takes all this time?

No, that’s definetively not ok. Usually, the update takes up to a couple of minutes. If it takes much longer, then something went wrong.

Time to enter the shell and see, what’s up with the update.
