I have been using Next Cloud for a while. I am in need to take chat logs of each and every user for security purposes. Can anyone please help me out to solve the problem?
Why? Do you get them also on other services?
I think on hosted services from Microsoft, Apple, Google, … you also does not get them and the provider does to create them. Only if NSA them needed ,-)
What about privacy?
