How do I enable my new next cloud account?

When I login to my next cloud account on my ios device there a message appearing, saying “User Disabled”. I don’t know why it disable my next cloud account but I been trying to figure out why it disable my next cloud account. I create this new next cloud account like few hours ago. Before this message I try to reset a password to get a reset password message to my email but it never send me one. But I later vist to change my password. I really want my new next cloud back. What is user disabled?
