Summary of the issue you are facing:

We want to see who uploaded or created all files in shared folders.

Unfortunately, I cannot answer your primary question, but I recommend to update your installation soon, because you are running an unsupported environment.

Thanks, yeah it’s on my todo list for this month.

You can activate the daily summary mail and there you will get the info who and which files

Unfortunately we have thousands of existing files that we need to see details for, so the email method won’t scale well for our need, but thanks!

Unfortunately, I don’t know what you want to do with the large amount of data at the end. But maybe you can activate the Auditing / Logging app. Maybe you’ll find something there. But to see anything at all in the end, you can probably combine it with Grafana Loki, see here. I don’t know if you have a file overview of changes. I do not use it. I see things differently: Whoever is authorised is authorised … I have backups for everything else …

Perhaps it makes sense for you to have several group folders / team folders to which you then assign groups of write users and groups of read-only users in order to better control the write permissions.

It looks like the activity log will cover our needs, I appreciate everybody’s help on this!
