I have recently installed a NextCloud server to give a new file ftp service with our collaborators. I have had to migrate the ftp service to this new service due to incompatibility of ftp with the new firewall.
Question: how can I copy all the information (about 200Gb) quickly to the new NextCloud service? I can do it from a Windows 10 or from Ubuntu.

you have lot of different options: Nextcloud Client, WebDav, raw file copy+ occ scan. Depending on your situation different option could be the best. 200GB doesn’t sound huge - if you have enough bandwidth it should work within a day or two…
