How can i change the Nextcloud Server IP address?

I’m running Nextcloud 21.0.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS though Windows 10 Linux Subsystem - The IP address for the server is currently 172.25.21.145 and I want to change it to 192.168.1.23

How can I do this?

I’ve been told to look in /etc/netplan/01-netcfg.yaml but there are no files inside /etc/netplan

I’m usually not the type, who gives RTFM answers. But in this case, I’m afraid you might have to read up on how WSL2 works in generel and how it handles networking. It seems at least to me, that there is no turnkey solution for what you trying to achieve…

I am afraid you can’t. But you can try windows 10 - Make IP address of WSL2 static - Super User

WSL is not intended to run system services and is almost sure to lead to problems. If you really need to do this on Windows 10, use Hyper-V or VirtualBox.
