I have the same issue syncronizing with the contacts app in mojave, but i have Nextcloud 15 under Apache2, so i think that i cannot apply the solution of Zigulle.
Here is my log.

This topic is already so long, covers different Nextcloud version and probably different problems. There are already some links to the bug tracker. If there are solution you should also report them back to the developers on the respective bug tracker (webserver config in the documentation: https://github.com/nextcloud/documentation/issues).

If there is a real bug that can be reproduces, you should create a bug report.
