Getting help
In order to help you as efficiently (and quickly!) as possible, please fill in as much of the below requested information as you can.
Before clicking submit: Please check if your query is already addressed via the following resources:
- Official documentation (searchable and regularly updated)
- How to topics and FAQs
- Forum search
(Utilizing these existing resources is typically faster. It also helps reduce the load on our generous volunteers while elevating the signal to noise ratio of the forums otherwise arising from the same queries being posted repeatedly).
Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can. ![]()

Always
- Installation method (e.g. AlO, NCP, Bare Metal/Archive, etc.)
Basic"Linux Apache MySQL PHP"(LAMP) on Raspberry Pi, Docker Nginx Proxy Manager (NPM) and Docker High Performance Backend (HPB)
- Are you using CloudfIare, mod_security, or similar? (Yes / No)
No
- Box and Router
French Freebox in "bridge mode" and Stormshiled router
Summary of the issue you are facing:
On one side I’ve installed Nextcloud on a Raspberry Pi 5 with the basic LAMP webarchive technique on Raspberry Pi OS 12 Bookworm.
On the other side I’ve got a traditional computer with Debian 12 Bookworm. There I installed Docker, Docker compose, Ngnix Proxy Manager and High Performance Backend with this technique : High Performance Backend for Talk on Nextcloud with Docker
On the Stormshield router the ports 80, 443, 3478 and 8181 are correctly open.
In the NPM configuration the Nextcloud redirection work very well.
I registered the subdomains with my registrar.
The server turn seems to be responding well.
Talk works on smartphones but I can’t write anything on the web server.
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):
Depending on the settings in the docker-compose.yml file of the HPB serveur, I get either a 400 error or a 502 error. But it never works.
I don’t understand why. I’ve tried everything.
In the logs below, there are IP addresses 172.x.y.z that I don’t recognize. And I don’t know what ports 4222 and 8188 correspond to.
Thank you very much for your help.

Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response
- Use the
preformatted textformatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output. - If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
- If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
- Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.
