Hide sync mini icon from file/icon

Hello,

I use the desktop client 3.2.1
On my deskttop, I see the mini sync icon in everbody icon. So I can’t good see the type of the file (Excel, PDf, etc.)

How can I deactivate this mini icon from my original icons?
