Hide app from menu

Hi everyone !

I am quite new to administrating NC, using v. 22.1.1 on a Yunohost instance (Debian), for a university fablab.
I cannot find how to hide apps from the top menu (like Audio Player app).
When I searched this issue, I found a suggestion for the App Order app, but it seems to allow any user to config the app order, while I want to make a default menu for everyone.

Is there a way to do this ? Do I have to dig into my php and js files ?

If you click on apps in the app menu, in the settings, you can restrict the usage to certain groups. I think it was not possible for all apps, but it is possible for the app AppOrder
