[Help] Is there a client API for Contacts?

Is there a client API for Contacts? I need to search through and read my contact data using custom code on a remote server. The NextCloud project seems to have great docs, but I haven’t been able to find anything on this. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Depends, you can do it with carddav, you will find all the hereabouts on the carddav RFCs. But if you’re talking about PHP stuff, we also have customs contacts manager for it. :slight_smile:

Thanks, @skjnldsv. No PHP here, so I’ll look at the RFCs and how to talk carddav to a server. That should be enough to get me going. I appreciate your help getting me started.
