[Help] Dedicated rights for contact groups?

Hello,

I have just installed the contact app in my nextcloud 14 instance. My goal is to maintain one adress book (or better: a group in a adress book) and to give some other users (not all) on my nextcloud instance read-only access to it via CardDAV.

Is this possible with the app? I did not found anything regarding to a detailled rights management. Did I miss something? When the app is not capable of doing this - is there another app or extension?

just found the Share-Option also for my contacts - I will test it.

yes, I’ll suggest you create a group you put every user you have in, and share your addressbook with this group in read only :slight_smile:
