Having difficulties with deleted Events in my Calendar

I have been using Nextcloud with a Webo Account for over one year and I am still using CalDav to sync it with my iOS/Mac native Calendar app.

Now I tried to check the time for an important appointment I got scheduled but all of the sudden my event, together with several other events, is gone!

I have also checked my dashboard and the original Nextcloud calendar app but neither are the events shown there.

Can someone help please…
