Have few folders accessible for different users

Hi,

I have Nextcloud installed on my raspberry pi.
I have few questions:

1. All my storage is stored on my NAS (which is accessible using SMB). How can I make it accessible for users using Nextcloud?
2. I want few folders to be equally accessible (same permissions) by multiple users. How can I do that?
3. What is the best way to manage it?

that is discussed several times already. you may use google or the forum search function. (nextcloud smb external storage or nextcloud nas storage)

as well.
you may have a look at the group folder app. or you create a technical user and share his folder.
but this you have to be combined with the solution to 1.
