Is it possible to restrict access to the groupfolders trashbin to all users except admins?
I’m not aware of such option. and in my eyes this is not what majority of the users are looking for. If you really need to hide deleted files from users you may try copy/move the files with flow and reduce retention obligation to smallest possible
