Group folders would only allow download, not open or show files

Hello all. I’m the admin of a NC (version 29.0.4). I’ve an issue with Group Folders app ( version 17.0.2) . Group folders are visible to members of authorized groups but it would only allow them downloading, not opening despite proper authorizations. Even setting the group of users as “admin” for the group folders doesn’t solve the issue… As NC Admin I’m basically the only one able to open and edit the files. Is there a way to check permissions and possibly repair / reset this feature ? Thanks a lot for your support because it currently ruins our team work. Best wishes.

Did you authorize the groups in the groupfolder UI like described → here ←

or via the share api?

Thanks for the reply. Groups were authorized in the GroupFolders UI. I will check the advanced authorization settings.
