Gmail users don't receive activation email


My (new) cloud is running with NextCloud 24.

I created users but at least 2 of them didn’t receive the activation email : nothing in reception AND spam boxes.

I created a test user with a gmail address that I can access, and it is the same.

NB other users, not gmail, could activate their account.

Any idea of what is happening and how to solve it ?
New filter in Gmail side ?

That doesn’t look like a Nextcloud issue to me, it looks more like an inferior or inadequately configured SMTP server.

You should check if the mail server sending your mail uses DNS verification mechanisms like DKIM
