Summary of the issue you are facing:

I have configured email integration and ideally I wanted to only migrate selected folders. in Google IMAP settings I have limited the folders to be synched to just the INBOX which literaly has 7 items in it. However, there are over 2,000 migrated inot the INBOX in Nextcloud.

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Set all IMAP Folders in GMAIL so they dont synch

  2. Connect GMAIL with Mail App

  3. Synchs 2,000 plus entries into INBOX - should b 6 only

Log entries

None

I cant seem to find a way to linit what comes across - newbie, so any help appreciated

Regards
