Getting above error with Sharedwith me Files.
Kindly Advice.

Same error here :

`Can not decrypt this file, probably this is a shared file. Please ask the file owner to reshare the file with you.`

Also this kind of error on other files :

 	`no file key found, we assume that the file "/*************" is not encrypted`

I’m on nextcloud 14.03 last stable version. Those files where in a shared folder so maybe it’s just because the other user doesn’t connect himself into nextcloud since a long time ago.

Any progress in your search ?

I tried to decrypt all the data. So i’m running : occ encryption:decrypt-all [username]

But i’m getting this answer :

Files for following users couldn’t be decrypted,
maybe the user is not set up in a way that supports this operation:

even if tried with the user’s password or the receovery key, i’m enable to decrypt the data… plz help

I also get this error on some of thoses files :
