Getting error while deploying NC 14 (centos 7.5)

I am trying to deploy NC 14 in centos 7.5 but in am getting error

php 7.1
apache2

It seems that you or your webserver does not have the permission to create such a file. Please check the permissions in your file system as well as security module which could prevent such things.
