I can find this error on the forum, but the fixes either confused me or wouldn’t work. When I log in it opens an error page with this text:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.
More details can be found in the server log."
My phone can still access (app password) but my web browsers are failing.
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):
- When logging on using a web browser
- Opens a second page with the error
- Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response
- Use the
preformatted textformatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output. - If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
- If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
- Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.
