The issue you are facing:
This doesn’t show in the logs but when I click a folder in the server and click f12 to observe the network I get the error:
GET https://www.....com/ocs/v2.php/apps/text/workspace?path=%2FTalk 404
But despite the 404 error, I’m still able to enter the folder and view my files, upload, and download as well.
