Fulltextseach + Elasticsearch + NC19

Hi, the search not show any result in local storage or external cif storage, only index the new files created in local storage.

The sudo -u www-data ./occ fulltextsearch:test, said OK
The sudo -u www-data ./occ fulltextsearch:index not give any error

It’s an issue of FTS not NC
