Front Page show "Update in process"

Hi there… I just try to update my 11.0.1 to 11.0.2, but suddenly the updater was hang, so a close my update page. But when I try to open the cloud url the page was displayed “Update in process”

What shoul I do?

Check your logfiles, we can’t guess what went wrong. If you have access to the terminal, you might want to try to run the update with the occ-command (check documentation).

Sorry to necro, but I’m currently having the same issue when upgrading from 12.0.0 to 12.0.4. I made a post on it here:

Upgrade 12.0.0 -> 12.0.0.4.3 failed. "Update in process"

I’ve already enabled and disabled the maintenance mode in combination with other settings to see if it would help. Regardig the updater.log, that got reset when I did the manual upgrade it seems. Please open a new issue. The NC version does not match, you don’t have enough details in the original post to tell if it is the same error. Closing this old topic.
