{“reqId”:“W24mwcC5UpgAAKgOTgMAAAEK”,“level”:3,“time”:“2018-08-10T23:58:57+00:00”,“remoteAddr”:“119.246.228.11”,“user”:“xxx@gmail.com”,“app”:“PHP”,“method”:“POST”,“url”:"/cloud/index.php/settings/ajax/enableapp.php",“message”:“Out of memory (allocated 29097984) (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) at /home/jnj3d/public_html/cloud/3rdparty/phpseclib/phpseclib/phpseclib/Crypt/RSA.php#1318”,“userAgent”:“Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36”,“version”:“13.0.5.2”}

what does “Out of memory” meant? does it indicate why the error 500 shows up?

Hello.

First thing, when you are seeking help, is to provide the minimum mandatory information, like in the help form who is automatically provided when creating your message !

Info like, Operating system, nextcloud version, php type … and so on. Having you amount of RAM would be nice too !

Without thoses information, helping you is mostly impossible.

We can say, that your php runs out of memory. Change the memory limits in your php-configuration (if your system has enough limits).
