Fresh install on Ubuntu Server 18.04 VM guides?

Looking for a guide to get NC 16 up and going on a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 18.04 running headless. Not a fan of the snap install and would like to learn more about the stack needed to get this project going. Currently running a NextcloudPi, but stood up a server and would also like to utilize the LAMP stack for other things.

Any up-to-date resources that could get me going? Thanks!
