Fresh FreeNAS 11.2U7 NextCloud17 install issues

Good morning everyone!
I Had a VNET issue in my FreeNAS box on a working installation of Nextcloud 17, So after a bit of messing around, I decided on a Fresh install

I did normal FreeNAS Plugin Install. Database setup, ect.

When I try to go to the Settings> setting page it won’t load, same with APPS page.

I don’t want to continue w/ other setup until I can get this fully working in fear of something in backend is broken.

I’m pretty ok w/ CLI in debian and such, but not sure which way to look at this point.

***Update.
Issue comes from me installing on VNET0:Bridge0, and moving it to VNET0:Bridge1 (Different NIC) and it seems to have an issue w the server and thinking it should have it’s old IP address.
