Summary of the issue you are facing:
Hi,
we have set up a FileDrop Link for clients world wide.
Everything is running fine, but the capability of formatting the ‘Note to recipient’ is far beyond time…I would describe.
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):
The ‘Note to recipient’ field does not accept any typo format (i.e. bold, underlined, size) nor does it accept any line break.
i.e. we would like to show multiple language welcome notification with a short description on how to upload (i.e. as a single ZIP file)
It gets very confusing without line breaks and i.e. by using ‘------’ lines to separatre the languages.

preformatted textformatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output. - If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
- If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
- Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.
