- Operating system and version Ubuntu 24.04

- Is this the first time you’ve seen this error YES

- When did this problem seem to first start?  
We created group and given access to that goupr fot Talk i feel that might be the problme  
Addition we have update hdd 10 tb 16 tb

- Installation method Bare Mete

- Are you using Cloudflare, mod\_security, or similar? _No  
Mod php_
