Hi!
I screened the forum already but didn’t found any clear answer / process.
We are a club, having an admin and various contributors.
What we are missing is a function to retain a clear folder-structure.
Example:
Folder A
FolderA1
FolderA2FolderA2.1
FolderA2.2
FolderA2.3
Folder B
FolderB1
FolderB2
FolderB3
Folder C
Admin-view top-level:
Folder A
Folder B
Folder C
(as expected = the folder structure is in place and sub-folders are only shown, when the admin opens a folder)
User-view1:
(Access granted for folder B (incl all sub-folders) and FolderA2 (incl. all sub-folders) only)
Expected view on top-level:
Folder A
Folder B
When opening folder A, the user should only see this
Folder A
FolderA2
(all other folders and files inside the hierachy of Folder A are not shown)
When user is opening FolderA2, the user should see this:
FolderA2FolderA2.1
FolderA2.2
FolderA2.3
all files stored directly in FolderA2
What the user experiences is different = on top-level, the user will see already all sub-folders as well (=fully unfolded folder-structure = no folder strucutre in place), which is giving a very chaotic view:
FolderA2.2
FolderB2
Folder A
FolderA2
FolderA2.1
FolderB3
FolderA2.3
Folder B
FolderB1
How to change the user-settings / user-view, so that the folder-structure will be kept and NO sub-folders are shown in the hierachy / top-view??
Thanks for your help!!
