Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can

Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2): 14.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): 16.04.5

The issue you are facing: My users are pulled from my active directory with the LDAP / AD integration. Everything has worked well. But now one user can’t view his files, he just gets a spinning circle. Recent, Favorites, Shares all load fine, just when he goes to ‘All files’, he gets the spinning circle.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Y

Steps to replicate it:

  1. I have tested this one user on Chrome, IE and FF, and on multiple machines.
