Files / Folders added via drap/drop are not synchronised (uploaded)

Using latest NC-Client on Win10 1903 (Build 18363.592) I have the following issue:

  • creating a new file or folder via explorer will sync and upload to NC-Server --> o.k.
  • drag/drop a file or folder via explorer will not sync and uplad to NC-Server --> not o.k.
  • adding a file via drag into NC-Browser window (Firefox) downloads to client --> o.k.
  • adding a folder via drag into NC-Browser window downloads to client BUT files within this folder don’t --> not o.k.

Uninstalled client and reinstalled it --> no change

How to debug?

All issues solved by:

  • uninstalling Desktop Client
  • deleting all setup data in %APPDATA%\Nextcloud
  • reinstall / resync
