Files do not appear in the local folder

The sync works but the file does not appear in the Windows folder, knowing that the sync is working and the size of the volume is 140Gb.

I can find the file on the nextcloud web but not in the folder sync.

What happens when you click on the Folder icon with a green check in the upper right of the Desktop client’s main screen? (The one that has a tool tip label of “Open local or group folders”)
