File/Folder sharing approval

Hello, there is a case, we need to setup this:
one user trying to upload files, but file doesn’t upload and need approval, second user (admin) is arriving notification about that this user try to upload this file and admin can approve.or reject.

I try approval workflows, but blah, need example how to do this.

I’m looking for the same thing. User can upload the file as a commit, then after I approve it, it will goes to my share folder. Otherwise it will just be deleted.
