When trying to update from version 19 to 20, it gave me an error, I could not solve it so I thought about doing a new installation taking advantage of the database, but it gave me several errors, problems with encryption, etc.
Now I go back to the installation and it gives me the error indicated below. Already tired of not getting anything, the only thing that interests me is knowing how to do a new installation and migrate the current database to the new one.
