Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can

Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2): Nexcloud 17
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): Ubuntu 18
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): Apache 2
PHP version (eg, 7.1):

The issue you are facing: I have one Nextcloud server running in my main location. I want to build a second that has all the files and can easily be transitioned to if the original is goes down or get lost in a fire.

This does not need to be run in parallel but that would be nice. I essentially would just want to be able to point the web address / DNS to the new server in the event the other is lost or crashes. If there is a better way I am open to it as well. I have read a bit about federating but not very familiar with it. Thank you all again for your help.
