Failed uploads result in chunkfiles overwrite the original file

Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS ( Linux 5.15.0-125-generic x86_64)
Storage: local
Database: mariadb 11.4.3
Redis: yes

The issue you are facing:
Using macOS clients some uploads fail. Still the .chunking-XXX files are created in the folder where the uploaded file should have been. The client removes the original file and downloads the .chunking-XXX file resulting in data-loss. The original file is gone.
