Hello everyone.
I have an installation of Nextcloud 17.0.2 in a CentOS 7.8, with PostgreSQL 11.8, NGINX 1.16.1 and PHP 7.2.31.
It is configured to access via LDAP.
I have several extensions working Ok. Contacts, Calendar, Notes, etc.
I recently installed the Collabora Online extension (richdocuments) to test document editing via the browser.
After installation, I configured a Collabora Demo server (Sào Paulo, Brazil), just for testing. Collabora Online server is reachable.
During tests with the About.odt and new files, the browser opens the document edition, but it presents the following message:
Failed to read document form storage. Please contact your storage server (cloud.evops.lan) administrator.
I looked at the NGINX logs and found no errors regarding Nextcloud or the Collabora Online extension. I also looked at the Logging option in Nextcloud and nothing has been reported.
Does anyone have any idea what may be happening?
