"Failed to perform action" on <Accept> for a circle invitation

Nextcloud Version: 24.0.3
Operating System: UCS 4.4-9 (Debian 4.19.249-2)

Users can’t Accept invitations to a circle and I am looking for more information for the reason.
The system only says Failed to perform action.

i have the same issue with nextcloud 21.0.9 and circles 0.21.4
