Failed to migrate using migration tool

Trying to cope with this issue, using the migration tool from OC 10.0.2. But got

Current version is 10.0.2.
Could not determine migration path to Nextcloud.

Tried to change version in config.php, but then, when calling occ upgrade, I get

Exception: Updates between multiple major versions and downgrades are unsupported.
Update failed

Could NC team update the migration tool or fix this update issue… I would like to give nc a try !
