OS: Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia
Desktop: Cinnamon 3.6.7
Client: Version 2.3.3.

Running NC 13.0.4 on FreeBSD 11 VM/esxi 6.5

All my clients are able to connect, but my Mint desktop lost access - Client showed server offline.
Removed the account and got error connecting to the server;
Removed/reinstalled the client and got same results;

Hi,

I am facing the same issue.

Did you finally resolve that problem ?

Thanks,

Due to the fact that your desktop isn’t able to connect to the server, I would start debugging the problem by executing

  • ping “ip-address-of-server”
  • nslookup “fqdn-of-server”
