Failed file integrity check for apps.txt

I get a file integrity check error for apps.txt. The linked documentation does give me a clue as for how to fix this. I understand that I cannot just replace it with a pristine file as it contains information about my local installation.

Can I register the current hash as being the expected hash somewhere?
