I just installed nextcloud on my server. when entering for the first time, it asks me to create user, storage and database. everything works except to be able to change the data folder for another one. It tells me that you can not write in the folder I want to use. to that new folder, I give all the permissions, also permissions of user and admin group, same user and group that has the original data folder. and I get an error.
therefore decided to leave the folder that came by default and it works. then from external storage I try to add this folder where I want things to be saved and still not leave me, in this case it does not give me any error. just a red exclamation.
