External Storage - setup "Available for"

Hi,
I have problem with setup “Available for” in External Storage.
I don’t see my users and user group, which are in my Nextcloud.
Can you help me ? Where is problem ?

Can you first please described your environment and the used software version IN DETAIL, because afaik there was an issue in the past which has already been fixed in the latest Nextcloud versions.

OS: CentOS 7.9.2009
Nextcloud: 20.0.0
PHP: 7.4.13
MySQL: 10.4.17

It was fixed in the latest Nextcloud version - 20.0.4.
After the update it is necessary to enter command (on CentOS) - # sudo -u apache php occ db:convert-filecache-bigint

Following columns will be updated:

  • federated_reshares.share_id
  • filecache_extended.fileid
  • share_external.id
  • share_external.parent
