External storage is full, files can not be updated or synced anymore!

Hello!

Recently I mounted my Windows Server 2016’s network drive to my Ubuntu server (location /mnt/shares). Then I installed External storages plugin when I accessed my NextCloud webpage. I did the configurations, I can access all the files that I mounted. For some reason when I open the mounted files it keeps giving me "External storage is full, files can not be updated or synced anymore! error. There are 8 GB of files, I increased my NextCloud server’s disk size to 50 GB, that didn’t help.
When I do the df -h command, it gives me (it doesn’t even show 50 GB here even though I increased disk size, maybe I’m just dumb):
I’ve done some research, can’t figure out why it’s giving me the error.
For mounting network drive to /mnt/shares I used cifs, edited the /etc/fstab file. In web browser I used “Local” option to display the files.

Would love to get rid of the error. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Can it be something to do with partititions?

Maybe increase root partitition size?

Sorry but i can not found your mountpoint /mnt/shares in your df - h
Perhaps there is a problem with your Windows Server 2016.
Post details to /mnt/shares
