I need to re-open this issue, which I formerly opened here:

Hello Community, I’ve update NextCloud (docker) from version 31.0.7 to 32.0.6 and then to 33.0.0 without any trouble. However, now I am not able to create working, external shares anymore for folders that have been shared with my by another user. The process works in general, I can access all data in the shared folder, but then, when I create an external share (link), the link is being created but when I open it in a browser, I see a page that tells me, that the share can not be found. and it was closed and marked as resolved.

I upgraded to the latest v33.0.1 release which should fix this issue but it does not for me.

I still have the problem that it is not possible to externally share internally shared folders. The link will be created, but when it’s opened, Nextcloud shows a page that states, that the share could not be found (404 page). Also, there is an error message in the Web console of the browser then I try to remove the external share again.

So still, it is not working and I’d like to ask for support.

I also tried to completely unshare a folder and share it again and then create an external share, but getting an error message:

Can you fill out the support template, provide precise reproduction steps, monitor console network logs throughout creation, same for Nextcloud Server log, and make clear anything potentially relevant like use if Teams, Team Folders, External Storage, Encryption, etc.
