I want to know if possible can make expire share in two condution
- for Manager can share without expire date
- for normal user expire in 5 business days.
That is possible ?
I don’t think that’s possible. In the end, it would probably also contradict the compliance rules, as the risk comes less from the data owner than from the fact that the links are longer permitted. Incidentally, it is practically impossible to guess the shares. The real danger is less hacking than the danger that someone forwards the shares incorrectly. Whether this is actually a temporal risk is for others to decide. Shares never expire for me.
Alternatively, perhaps all links could be provided with a password. It is also possible for the recipient to be able to “Delete” as well as “Read”, so that the recipient deletes the files themselves. Also you can set a count on the downloads.

My goal sharing in internal not external i have group folder for group and i want configure share by expire date.
Well, it doesn’t matter whether you use group folders or normal shares, because in both cases the default expiration date settings from Administration Settings → Shares are used, and these can only be set globally, not per group.
Perhaps as a compromise, you could set a default expiration date without enforcing it, which would require users to actively disable or change the expiration date.
