Error while upgrading 12.0.3 to 12.0.4

I started the upgrade proces of NextCloud 12.0.3 to 12.0.4.
The upgrade proces shows me an error (see accepted picture)

How do I resolve this problem?

maybe you want to check your permissions on both directories?
/var/www/html
/var/www/data

Both directories have chmod 755
and owned to www-data:www-data

Maybe you should check the rights down to your subfolders.
.hg for example do have www-data as well?
Especially on target.

It looks a bit strange, where did you install Nextcloud in /var/www or /var/www/html?

And also check the permission of subfolders and files, there was a similar issue:
