Error while sending the Message despite of the email was sent

Hi we are using Nextcloud 18.0.4 and we use email verification for Two Factor Auth on our organization, but the problem is usually after we enter the username and password , it returns “Error while sending the Message. Please try again later or contact the administrator.” Despite of we receive the code on our emails.

Bu the problem is after the “Error while sending the Message. Please try again later or contact the administrator.” message appears, we can’t enter our code to login.

Is there any solution?

hey,

please check your logs. I suspect the error is not the actual sending of the message but when the app puts the sent message in IMAP.
