Error while login for mail app with ec2 credentials

I have my server in ec2. And using ec2 host name for mail box setup, unfortunately it can’t.
Is there any issue with aws ec2 credentials?

is this really an issue about Nextcloud Mail or just configuring system email for Nextcloud?
